New Manuscript Submission Portal  The Journal of Food Technology and Industry (JTIP) has migrated to a new manuscript submission system. Previous OJS Portal (for manuscripts submitted before 1 July 2026) https://journal.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jtip/login/ Authors who submitted their manuscripts before 1 July 2026 and whose manuscripts are still under review or in the editorial process should continue to access and manage their submissions through the previous OJS portal using their existing username and password. JURNAL TEKNOLOGI DAN INDUSTRI PANGAN Jurnal Teknologi dan Industri Pangan (Journal of Food Technology and Industry) is an official publication of the Indonesian Association of Food Technologists (IAFT) in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering and Technology IPB University (previously, until February 2026, with the Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, IPB University (Bogor Agricultural University) starting from 2001 Volume XII). The online version of the journal can be accessed at https://journal.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jtip/; https://patpi.or.id/ ISSN: 1979-7788 E-ISSN: 2087-751XJTIP was published twice a year, i.e. in June and December, until 2025. Starting from January 2026, JTIP is published three times a year, i.e. in March, July, and November. Full English edition is started from July 2026. The journal contains research results and scientific reviews related to food science and technology as well as nutrition. JTIP is a double-blind peer reviewed journal that has been Accredited by the Directorate General of Higher Education (DGHE), Republic of Indonesia since Volume 35 No 2 2024 by the decree No. 295/C/C3/KPT/2026. Starting Journal Volume XIX No 1, 2008 the ISSN of the journal has changed from 0216-2318 to 1979-7788, and since 2011 the online version of this journal has been issued (E-ISSN: 2087-751X).
