Optimalisasi Produktivitas Melalui Penguatan Teamwork, Pelatihan Dan Keselamatan Kerja

Abstrak

The development of the industrial world requires companies to continue to increase work productivity in order to compete competitively. PT PG Candi Baru Sidoarjo's strategy in facing these challenges includes improving the quality of teamwork, continuous work training, and the implementation of optimal work safety standards. This research was conducted to analyze the impact of teamwork, training, and work safety on employee productivity. A quantitative method with a survey approach was used in this study. The population consisted of 103 permanent employees of PT PG Candi Baru Sidoarjo, and the sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were obtained from questionnaires and then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods and t and F tests. The results of the analysis showed that work training and work safety had a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, while teamwork partially did not show a significant effect. However, simultaneously, teamwork, work training, and work safety had a significant effect on work productivity.
