Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Kebijakan Hutang, Likuiditas, Kepemilikan Manajerial, dan Kebijakan Deviden Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan

Abstrak

The company value in the year listed shows that the food and beverage sector has an increase in the price of PER shares in several entities compared to other sectors. This research examines the effect of capital composition, debt policy, liquidity, management ownership, and dividend policy on firm value. Food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020 to 2023. This research seeks to show how capital structure, debt policy, liquidity, managerial ownership, and dividend policy affect the value of companies. Quantitative technique with PLS-SEM structural equation modeling. Annual financial reports that can be downloaded on the IDX website provide data research. The study population was 33 entities, and 19 were sampled purposively. SmartPLS version 4 conducted the analysis using the partial least square structural equation model (PLS-SEM). This study found no effect of capital structure or debt policy on business value. Managerial ownership and dividend policy do not affect firm value, but liquidity does.
