Abstrak

The growth of financial technology drives the adoption of digital payments, among generation Z in Palembang. This research aims to determine the influence of Digital Financial Literacy, Financial Stress, Green Sel-Identity, and Facilitating Conditions on Behavioral Intention in using Digital Payments. This research method uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach which was based on indicators as sample determination criteria, with a total sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis using the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results of this research show that Digital Financial Literacy, Green Self-Identity, and Facilitating Conditions have a significant positive effect on Behavioral Intention, and the Financial Stress variable has a significant negative effect on Behavioral Intention. This shows that literacy, concern for the environment, and availability of facilities have an important role in influencing users' behavioral intentions.
