Kinerja Pendamping Lokal Desa dalam Mendukung Pembangunan Desa di Desa Sumberagung Kecamatan Metro Kibang Kabupaten Lampung Timur

Abstrak

Village development is an essential component of sustainable national development. The success of village development is determined not only by financial resources but also by the effectiveness of Local Village Facilitators in supporting planning, implementation, monitoring, and community empowerment. This study aims to analyze the performance effectiveness of Local Village Facilitators in supporting village development in Sumberagung Village, Metro Kibang District, East Lampung Regency. This study employed a qualitative approach through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The informants included the village head, village officials, members of the Village Consultative Body, and Local Village Facilitators. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that Local Village Facilitators have contributed positively to village development through planning assistance, administrative support, community participation, and coordination among development stakeholders. However, their effectiveness remains constrained by limited facilitator availability, broad working areas, and the need for stronger supervision and institutional coordination. This study recommends strengthening facilitator capacity, improving coordination mechanisms, and optimizing monitoring and evaluation systems to enhance the effectiveness of village development implementation.
