PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN ( Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Publik Sub Sektor Industri yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2021 - 2023 )

Abstrak

This study was conducted with the aim of obtaining empirical evidence related to the impact of profitability and company size on company value. The research objects used were companies in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2021 to 2023. Through the application of the purposive sampling method, a research sample of 20 companies was obtained. Secondary data used in this study came from the idx.co.id site. Based on the data that has been collected and the analysis carried out using SPSS software version 25 with a multiple regression analysis approach. The findings of this study indicate that profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value. Company size has a negative and significant effect on company value. In addition, profitability and company size together have an effect on company value. Meanwhile, based on the results of the Adjusted R-Squared test, it can be seen that the independent variable can explain the dependent variable by 22.2% while the rest is explained by other variables.
