HUBUNGAN STRES KERJA DENGAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PERAWAT IGD RUMAH SAKIT DI KECAMATAN LANGOWAN BARAT MINAHASA

Abstrak

Work stress is one of several factors that influence work productivity. Stress has a high enough potential in the workplace to cause a decrease in work productivity. The purpose of this study was to see if there was a link between work stress and productivity among emergency room nurses at RSUD Noongan and RS Budi Setia Langowan. This was a quantitative study that used an analytic survey and a cross-sectional study design.  Samples were nurses of emergency room at RSUD Noongan and RS Budi Setia Langowan, 35 respondent. Based on the results of the study, 18 (51,4%) nurses experienced work stress, 17 (48.6%) nurses experienced less work stress, 22 (62.9%) nurses with productive work productivity and nurses with low work productivity productive as many as 13 (37.1%) nurses. The result from Rank Spearman test the p-value obtained between work stress and work productivity was 0.011 and the r values was -0.422. Conclusion of the study, there is a relationship between work stress and work productivity.of emergency room nurses at RSUD Noongan and RS Budi Setia Langowan.
