In order to reduce the Maternal and Infant Mortality Rate, one of the efforts taken by the government is the stipulation of development policy targets, especially in the nutrition sector, through community nutrition improvement programs. Efforts to improve the quality of maternal and child health can be done through vitamin A supplementation programs for infants, toddlers and postpartum mothers. This research is a research library (library research) on the Provision of Vitamin A Program for Infants, Toddlers and Post-partum mothers. Program analysis will be seen from the triangle of factors that influence policy, namely actors, processes, context, and content. The government and its ranks as actors determine the success of a policy so that commitment to implementing a policy is very important. In its implementation, there are still obstacles, so that the implementation is still not optimal. The rules and regulations regarding the vitamin A program are needed as a legal umbrella for efforts to improve public health. In order to provide tangible benefits, it is best if the policy making is followed by exemplary and regional leaders, structural officials, and community leaders in the local area and support for the activities of the community organizations involved; and provision of vitamin A service facilities that are easily accessible to the public.
