PERSEPSI DOSEN FAKULTAS SYARIAH DAN HUKUM UIN ALAUDIN MAKASAR TERHADAP PENERAPAN MAQÂSHID AS-SYARÎ`AH SEBAGAI KEMASLAHATAN DUNIA AKHIRAT

Abstrak

Lecturers Perception of Sharia and Law Faculty in UIN Makasar in Implementation of Maqâshid as-Syarî`ah as an Public Interest in the World Life and Hereafter. This paper presents the result of research dealingwith maqâshid as-Syarî`ah in an analysis of Islamic law implementation for the human benefit in the world life andthe Hereafter according to the perception of lecturers in Sharia and Law Faculty of UIN Makasar. The researchis undertaken by applying the method of focus group discussions and in-depth interview. The problem usuallyoccur in almost societies in accordance with bringing to justice and giving a punishment for criminal maker isconsidered as inadequate if it pronounces against given by the government with an imprisonment. This is notconsiderably effective because there has not been wary effect yet for all. The recent paper is aimed at describingthe importance of maqâshid as-Syarî`ah In fact, however, especially in Makassar of the South Sulawesi it wasfollowed that there have not been any rules that confirm the implementation of Islamic law as a positive law,although the major population are Muslim. The government has not intended to apply the Islamic law as it hasnot been well understood and it is commonly perceived to be different from Pancasila and Indonesia that is notan officially Islamic State.
