Pemberdayaan Pengelola Curug Song Melalui Pelatihan Promosi Digital dan Tata Kelola Wisata Alam Berkelanjutan

Abstrak

Curug Song is a nature-based tourist attraction in Banyumas with strong landscape value and local economic potential, yet its management still requires support in digital promotion, visitor information, safety communication, and sustainable destination governance. This community service program aimed to strengthen the capacity of tourism managers, youth groups, and micro-enterprise actors through practical training in social media content, service standards, visitor safety, and environmentally responsible tourism. The participatory program included observation, problem mapping, training, guided practice, and evaluation using a seven-item four-point Likert questionnaire, open-ended feedback, and verification of five group outputs. Thirty participants completed the questionnaire. Positive responses reached 95.2% (38.1% strongly agree and 57.1% agree), while 4.8% disagreed and none strongly disagreed. All five expected outputs were verified at the program level: destination value mapping, visual content samples, informative captions, a one-month content calendar, and initial service, safety, and environmental recommendations. The findings indicate high participant acceptance and completion of practical outputs, but not individual competence gains because no pre-test-post-test or standardized psychometric testing was conducted. The activity offers a practical approach that integrates digital promotion with responsible nature-tourism governance.
