PENERAPAN METODE KOOPERATIF TIPE NUMBER HEADSTOGETHER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PADA MATERI PENJUMLAHAN DAN PENGURANGAN BILANGAN DESIMAL SISWA KELAS IV SD NEGERI 003 KUNDUR

Abstrak

The design of this research is classroom action research. The purpose of the study is to increase the low score obtained by the students which is under the KKM. Before conducting the research, a pre-cycle test was held with the result that the total score in one class was 1177, with an average score of 58.85; 65.00% were not complete and 35.00% were complete, while the lowest score was 52 and the highest was 75. The treatment in the first cycle increased the total score to 1337, with an average of 66.85; 25.00% were not complete and 75.00% were complete, with the lowest score 50 and the highest 83. Furthermore, in cycle II, the total score increased to 1528, with an average score of 76.65 and the students passed 100%. Subjects in this study were the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 003 Kundur. The subject matter of the teaching material in Mathematics is summation and decimal number reduction, semester II, with basic competency in grade IV SD Negeri 003 Kundur. The method used in this research is the Numbered Heads Together method. The research cycle is carried out twice (cycle I and cycle II). In each cycle, teacher and student observations and learning outcomes were held. So, the use of inquiry method can improve the motivation and learning outcomes of the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 003 Kundur.
