HUBUNGAN PENGELOLAAN KELAS DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS V SD SE-GUGUS I KECAMATAN MARPOYAN DAMAI PEKANBARU

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the relationship between classroom management and the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth-grade SD segugus I Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai, Pekanbaru. The type of research used is qualitative research with correlational methods. The sample in this study were teachers and fifth-grade students using the snowball sampling technique. Data was taken using observation sheets, interview guidelines, and documentation, while data on mathematics learning outcomes were taken from the class V average on mathematics subjects. Data analysis is done through three steps that must be done, namely data reduction (data reduction), exposure to data (data display), drawing conclusions and verification (conclusion drawing / verifying). From the results of the data analysis, the relationship between classroom management and mathematics learning outcomes was obtained as evidenced by the increase in class average values from before. The teacher has fulfilled in implementing the principles of class management. The teacher has also implemented the factors that influence classroom management quite well even though there are still sub-indicators that cannot be implemented by the teacher, namely the room where the learning process takes place is small. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the better the classroom management is done, the better the results of student mathematics learning.
