KEMAMPUAN GURU DALAM MENGAJAR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN SUPERVISI DI SDN 007 KAMPUNG BARU

Abstrak

A teacher is a person who deserves to be a role model. This role model will be seen in the teaching process in the class that interacts directly with students so that students are able to imitate what is done by the teacher so that the teacher's ability to teach must be better. This research is a school action research by supervising the class using quantitative methods of description with the numbers described. The study sample was all teachers with 12 teachers in Kampung Baru SDN 007 Gunung Tour District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results of the study on the first supervision of teachers who received a good category were 11 teachers and 1 teacher who received enough categories, with an average of 72.17, after the second supervision was obtained the teacher data in teaching ability with very good categories 6 teachers and 6 teachers categorized well, with an average of 82.1. So it can be concluded that the supervision carried out by the principal is able to have a positive impact on the teacher's teaching ability
