PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STUDENT FACILITATOR AND EXPLANING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS KELAS III SDN 192 PEKANBARU

Abstrak

The background of this study was the low grade III social studies learning outcomes of SDN 192 Pekanbaru with an average of 71.11. Therefore this study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes in class III. Research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject of this study was class III A as many as 27 students consisting of 16 men and 11 women. The results showed that classical completeness in the first cycle was 66.67% which increased in the second cycle by 85.19%. Teacher activities increased at each meeting, namely 75.00%, 83.33, 87.50% and 95.83%. Likewise, student activity has increased in each cycle, namely 70.83%, 79.16%, 91.66%, and 95.83%. The average basic score to the first cycle increases by 1.56% and the base score to the second cycle increases by 21.35%. Based on the research, it was concluded that the application of cooperative learning models of the type of student facilitator and explaning could improve Social Sciences learning outcomes in grade III SDN 192 Pekanbaru.
