HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI EKSTRINSIK DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS V SD SE-GUGUS I KECAMATAN MARPOYAN DAMAI PEKANBARU

Abstrak

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant relationship between extrinsic motivation and the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth-grade SD Se-Gugus I Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai, Pekanbaru. This type of research is quantitative using the correlational method. The sample selection uses a cluster sampling technique so that in this study a sample of 183 students. Data collection is done by using questionnaire, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study using product moment correlation techniques. The results of data analysis obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.452 and t count greater than t table or 6.815> 1.653 so that from the results of this study it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between extrinsic motivation and learning outcomes of mathematics. The higher the extrinsic motivation, the higher the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth-grade SD Se-Gugus I Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai, Pekanbaru.
