Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Putra Bintang Sembada

Abstrak

The the effect of the compensation and work environment on the performance of PT. Putra Bintang Sembada employees. The study was done to find out how much compensation and work environment affected the performance of PT. Putra Bintang Sembada employees. The existing population used the saturated sample, which makes up the entire population as a sample in the distribution of questionnaires. The sample used in this study amounted to 40 respondents. The study uses quantitative methods with linear regression analysis and hypothetical tests using t test and f tests with a 5% degree of significance. The design used in this test is a SPSS 25. The results of this study show that (1) Compensation has a significant impact on the performance of PT. Putra Bintang Sembada employees. (2) The work environment has a significant impact on the PT. Putra Bintang Sembada employees. (3) The compensation and work environment together have a simultaneous effect on the performance of PT. Putra Bintang Sembada employees.
