Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Pemilihan Ketua RT Dan RW Tingkat Kelurahan Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)

Abstrak

The selection of Heads of Neighborhood Association (RT) and Community Association (RW) at the village level is an important process in organizing community life. However, the current mechanism is often carried out conventionally, relying on deliberation or voting which is prone to subjectivity and lack of clear assessment parameters. This study aims to implement the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in a Decision Support System to produce objective, measurable, and accountable alternative rankings. The research uses a descriptive-analytic quantitative approach with data from the assessment of candidates based on eight criteria, namely religiosity, responsibility, education, organizational experience, communication skills, discipline, health and age, and independence status. Weighting was determined based on regulations and stakeholder input. The results show that the SAW method is able to integrate all criteria effectively, producing a clear ranking and providing valid recommendations for decision makers
