Abstrak

This research purpose for the communication systems development. This research discussed about the communication systems Radio Base Station (RBS) femtocell at street lamp. The communication frequency was used 10 GHz. That frequency influenced by atmospheric attenuation consist of water vapor and oxygen. Research analyze consist of a high variation RBS femtocell, and code rate from signal-to-interference-plus-noise-ratio (SINR) threshold with 16 QAM and 64 QAM modulation. A high variation RBS consist of 6 meter, 8 meter, and 10 meter. The code rate variation was used for SINR threshold from 16 QAM modulation consist 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, and 4/5. The code rate variation was used for SINR threshold from 64 QAM modulation consist 2/3, 3/4, and 4/5. The result research from signal-to-noise-ratio value and percentage coverage area at mobile station track.
