Implementasi Decision Support System Untuk Pemilihan Rute Terbaik Distribusi Produk Stationery dengan Metode Promethee dan Pendekatan Iterative Model
Abstrak
Product distribution is a crucial aspect of maintaining supply chain efficiency at PT. XYZ. However, the current manual route selection process leads to inaccurate analysis, consumes more time, and increases the risk of delays and operational costs. To address these issues, this study designs a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) to determine the most optimal distribution routes. The system is developed using the Iterative Model to ensure continuous evaluation and refinement at every stage. Route evaluation is comprehensively based on several key criteria, including travel distance, travel time, operational costs, and traffic congestion levels. The results indicate that the developed DSS generates route recommendations faster and more accurately than manual methods. The PROMETHEE method proves effective in objectively comparing alternatives, thereby significantly contributing to the improvement of the company's distribution efficiency.
