Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Pembelian Pulsa Berbasis Android Dengan Sistem Manajemen Komplain Terintegrasi Menggunakan Metode Agile Scrum

Abstrak

The rapid development of digital technology and the increasing use of mobile devices have encouraged the public demand for fast and efficient digital transaction services, especially in mobile credit purchase applications. However, complaint handling processes in most credit purchase applications are still performed manually and are not integrated with transaction data, resulting in slow verification and complaint resolution processes. This study aims to implement the Agile Scrum method in developing an Android-based mobile credit purchase application with an integrated complaint management system directly connected to user transaction IDs. The developed system consists of an Android application for users and an admin website for managing transactions, deposits, products, and complaint handling in real-time. The research method used is Agile Scrum, which includes Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Backlog, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective stages. System testing was conducted using the Black-box Testing method to ensure that all features function according to system requirements. The results show that the developed application is able to assist users in performing mobile credit transactions, deposit submissions, and complaint reporting in a faster and more structured manner. In addition, the integrated complaint system helps administrators verify and handle user complaints more effectively and efficiently. Based on the testing results, all features on both the admin website and Android application function properly according to the designed system requirements.
