Analisis Determinan Adopsi Mobile Payment Menggunakan Extended UTAUT dengan Moderasi Age
Abstrak
This study aims to analyze the factors influencing Mobile Payment adoption using the Extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (Ex-UTAUT) model with age as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS on 469 Mobile Payment users. The proposed model examined the effects of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Perceived Trust, Perceived Risk, Perceived Cost, and Self-Efficacy on Behavioral Intention. The results revealed that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Perceived Trust, Perceived Risk, and Self-Efficacy significantly influenced Behavioral Intention, while Perceived Cost showed no significant effect. Among all variables, Social Influence emerged as the strongest predictor of Mobile Payment adoption. Furthermore, Multi-Group Analysis (MGA) demonstrated that age significantly moderated the relationships between Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention, as well as between Self-Efficacy and Behavioral Intention. The findings indicate that younger users are more influenced by self-confidence in using technology, whereas older users are more dependent on supporting facilities and system readiness. This study contributes to the extension of the UTAUT framework by incorporating psychological factors and provides practical implications for improving Mobile Payment services, security, and user experience.
