Pengaruh Belanja Modal, Bantuan Sosial, Kesehatan, dan Pendidikan terhadap Persentase Penduduk Miskin di Jawa Tengah
Abstrak
The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of capital expenditure, social assistance expenditure, health expenditure and education expenditure budgeted by the Central Java Provincial Government on the percentage of poor people in Central Java Province. The method used in this study is panel data regression with the percentage of poor people in Central Java Province as the dependent variable and capital expenditure, social assistance expenditure, health expenditure and education expenditure as independent variables. The results of the study concluded that Capital Expenditure and Social Assistance Expenditure disbursed by the regional government have no effect on the percentage of poor people in Central Java Province, while Health Expenditure and Education Expenditure disbursed by the Central Java Provincial Government have a negative effect on the percentage of poor people in Central Java Province. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the government can carry out more efficient budgeting and can increase the types of direct expenditure such as School Operational Assistance (SOC) and Health Operational Assistance (HOA) expenditure.
