Abstrak

Professionalism of Christian religious teachers is very important and the Bible presents an idea in 1 Timothy about professionalism of teachers. The author uses a text analysis approach to find these ideas. A professional teacher is a teacher who is diligent in teaching and is in line with pedagogical competence, then the teacher also has a good personality so that he can be an example, and diligently doing self-development. This is in line with aspects of professional teachers whose pedagogical, social, professional and personality competencies.Â
